Winnipeg, Canada • 7 months agoHow come every Thursday morning when I try to log on to the PCOPTIMUM website to load my offers, I get an OOPS 429 error code. It is now Friday afternoon and I still can not log into my account to load my offers. The problem is not with my computer or router, as I have tried ALL possible solutions. I recently had some unresolved online discussions with one of their customer service reps and immediately after that, I started having problems logging in. Coincidence?????
